Sydney Morning Herald - Gwen Stefani says it’s a nightmare being a working mother.  The singer-turned-fashion designer has two sons – Kingston, five and three-year-old Zuma – with her husband Gavin Rossdale.  Gwen is currently preparing for her music comeback with band No Doubt, and says she’s finding it difficult to juggle her home and work life.
“I’ve never been able to balance being a mum and my singing career – it’s a nightmare,” she told British magazine Closer.  However, the 42-year-old star insists her family are always her top priority.  “I love my boys, so if there’s a decision to make, they come first,” she added.
Gwen is currently recording a new album with No Doubt. Their last LP Rock Steady was out in 2001, and the star wants the band’s latest work to be appealing.  “We have already got ten songs and want to do a bit more. Our last album came out 11 years ago, we’ve changed,” Stefani said.  “That’s important to our musical process but at the same time it’s a lot of hard work if you want to come together again,” she said.
