While I was previewing the new album from Far East Movement on iTunes, I noticed they have a album only song, “Go Ape”. And while listening, a part of the song sounded very familiar… they feature the “b-a-n-a-n-a-s” part of “Hollaback Girl” in the song! I have been trying to find a video of the song on YouTube, but am coming across older versions that don’t feature that part. I found a live version of the song, where they go on about “this beat is bananas, b-a-n-a-n-a-s” around 1:30 into the song. “Go Ape” is a pretty good song and is super catchy — check it out!
