Tom has confirmed that the single will be available to download on September 17 in the UK. He also revealed that the band will be heading overseas starting in September for promo!
@tomdumontnd @mergirl79 I am told that date is correct. The system is different in the UK unfortunately. Sorry uk fans! You tube???
@tomdumontnd @GGNDRiRock we are coming to the UK in Sept to promote, dates to be announced
It seems that UK publicists for the band has just revealed that unfortunately the “Settle Down” single will not be available to purchase digitally (iTunes, etc.) overseas until September 17, only a week before the Push and Shove album is released. It’s being reported by several sources that this is true but it does seem pretty off.. At this time it’s still assumed that the album will drop September 21 for Australia (which the blog originated from). I know this might come as a major bummer to international fans but at least everyone will be able to stream it starting July 16.
We will keep everyone updated on the latest release dates!
Aus Pop — The wraps have come off the brand new single for US outfit No Doubt, who’ll make their return to the charts later this year.
‘Settle Down’ is the band’s first new tune since the smashing ‘It’s My Life’ way back in 2003 and is the lead single from the new No Doubt album ‘Push And Shove’, their first studio album in eleven years.
According to the band’s UK publicists, the single is set to drop digitally on September 17, seven days ahead of the release of the album.
Presumably that means an Australian release for ‘Push And Shove’ of Friday September 21.
