It’s been confirmed and revealed that No Doubt will be kicking off the Rock In Rio USA music festival in Las Vegas, Nevada on May 8, 2015. It was announced previously that it was undetermined which weekend the band would be headlining but they are now confirmed for the first Rock weekend. The rest of the opening lineup has yet to be announced and is expected by early January.

Tickets are still on sale and you’re able to reserve them now. Once purchased, Rock In Rio will contact you at a later date to finalize your plans and decided which weekend you would like to attend (Rock or Pop) since all artists have not been announced yet. According to the Las Vegas Sun, “Each day’s festival will run about 10 hours, total, with six stages activated amid a sea of food stations, merchandise booths and rides. A Ferris wheel is being built, as is a zipline — which is fast becoming a signature Las Vegas attraction — running from north to south across and above the Main Stage.”

No Doubt attended a press conference in September to announce their commitment to playing at Rock In Rio which is making it’s debut in the US next year.

  1. What a great opportunity for them. I’m expecting the same kind of setlist they’ve been performing, but it would be nice if they threw in some other P/S songs we haven’t heard live yet…

  2. Yay, yay! I bought tickets. Jenny, Rock in Rio is not this on top of it, you have to wait for a voucher code to be emailed to you. Then mark it on the calendar to come back with the voucher code in January to secure the date. Im a little warry seeing that i had to track down my voucher number recently.

    1. Que maravilha,Cynthia! Em 1997 eu era muito pequena para ser fã deles e muito menos ir a um show, mas desde 2002 que acompanho tudo sobre eles.
