Flashback Friday: Weenie Roast 1996

With KROQ’s annual Weenie Roast right around the corner, we wanted to look back at the band’s first appearance at the radio festival back on June 15, 1996. No Doubt blew away the crowd in sunny Irvine, California with a raucous set including the classic “What’s Cookin’?” intro, “Let’s Get Back” and “Total Hate”. The band’s energy during the set is incredible and some might recognize this show from the Tragic Kingdom era unofficial bootleg The Multicultural Trampoline Machine, which featured a high quality soundboard rip. Click here to see more photos from the show. Enjoy!

Once again, thanks to our friend Pierre (bAbeFroman) who has added the full show to YouTube for fans to enjoy. We would also like to mention that he plans on sending us a portion of his collection to share on Beacon Street Online so expect some major audio and video updates coming this summer!
