For this week’s edition of Flashback Friday, we’re looking back at No Doubt’s stop in Wantagh, New York on their summer US Singles tour back on June 9, 2004.

The band rocked the Jones Beach Amphitheatre early on in the tour and treated fans to hit after hit, including a special acoustic version of “Simple Kind of Life”, and where they debuted their skanking take on “Underneath It All” which has become a show staple.

  1. Good show. I like the 2009 and after version of UIA better though. When she does Lady Saw’s part.

  2. I was here for this one! I was also at the very special one in NYC in I think 2002 when Gavin did Sweetest Thing with them, Brandon of Incubus did Message in a Bottle (after ND just did the Superbowl), and Gwens mom was there for her birthday and she turned the bridge of Rock Steady into a happy birthday tune. Such a great time to be a fan!
