Tonight is the live semifinal results where we said goodbye to over half of the artists in the competition and endured an intense Twitter Instant Save moment to help one of Gwen’s own move on to the finale. This is the first time The Voice cut from 9 to 4 artists in the semifinals with America voting in their top 3 with a final artist saved in the last five minutes of the live program.

And all we can say is… we all did our best and pulled through for Gwen sending Jeffery Austin into The Voice finale next week! It was bittersweet night for Gwen seeing her say goodbye to her 15-year-old protégé, Braiden Sunshine. We wish Gwen and Jeffery nothing but the best of luck next week in The Voice finale and #TeamGwen for the win!

Next week, Jeffery will be going up against Team Adam’s inspiring powerhouse vocalist Jordan Smith, and Team Blake’s sweet country singer from Tennessee, Emily Ann Roberts, and talented drama teacher Barrett Baber.

We’ll update the post with highlights from the show throughout the east coast airing so avoid this post for spoilers if you’re wanting to check out it live on the west coast first. Video highlights will be added to the post once they’re shared officially by The Voice as well as the full episode once it’s available.

  1. I LOVE the Gwen we know and love that takes risks with her fashion, but every time she does it fits her aesthetic… This bohemian/hippie stuff looks so goofy and I don’t see it as part of her aesthetic. She looks so dumb. I’m sorry, my opinion

  2. Ok, what happened? Has she lost her fashion superpowers? This looks better than her Pochahontas look last night, but still… it doesn’t really do much for her I’m afraid. Like Bob said, this “hippie” style looks a little goofy on her… The dress is ok for what it is, but in combination with the hair it looks a little silly imho.

  3. Whenever she’s been dating with her wild fashions it’s been something she’s created all on her on. These stupid looks are trends you could google and is a look just as stupid as the “man bun”. Gwen has never followed trends and this is exactly what that is: A TREND. One she’s doing a few years too late at that. All the hipster girls that wore this a couple years ago to coachella are even probably laughing

  4. I don’t know what you guys are talking about. I love it and she looks really cool and beautiful. I prefer this to her look for the perfomance of UTLY on the show (she looked like a 80 years old granny in pajamas who just woke up).

  5. That outfit…what were you thinking. And what about more subtle make up next time?. This is close to Heidi Montag in subtlety.

  6. ^There was mild controversy in the comments of her Instagram today because this morning she posted a selfie from bed wearing Blake’s hat. I don’t see why people care…. two adults are making the most out of life, they’ve both had hard years. Doesn’t seem like something to be upset about.

  7. The bun on top of her head and the two long braids is probably the most ridiculous hair style she has even had. It just was not a good look on her. It was ugly :/

  8. I love this outfit and the previous one!!! Gwen is finally in her daring shoes again. Did guys forget the blue hair, WYWF???? Is this is what happens to a 20yo fanbase? People get old and start to complain a lot more haha

  9. @kevin, the blue hair, wywf (just to name 2 examples) were looks she created all on her own. These last two looks are TRENDS you can google. That’s the #1 reason why I don’t like them. Gwen has always been the trend setter NOT the trend follower. & like I said before these trends are a few years old already
