Live in Carson for 102.7 KIIS FM’s Wango Tango Concert

Gwen made her return to 102.7 KIIS FM’s annual Wango Tango concert last night in Carson, California and blew everyone away! She treated fans to the same set as the previous night in San Diego and performed a few of her hits including new songs “Make Me Like You” and “Misery”. Notably absent was Gabe McNair but Steve Bradley was there apart of her band which sounded really tight. Gwen seems to be getting more and more comfortable with her new material and this just made us more excited for her tour to kick off this summer!

Before the show, Gwen posed for photos on the red carpet and chatted with KIIS and the media about what’s next for her and how she’s hoping she’s able to return to The Voice for a future season.

Huge thank you to 102.7 KIIS FM for streaming the show in it’s entirely for all fans to check out!

  1. Great pix and video thank you!!
Not my fav hairstyle but it works with her outfit and performance. It’s the one Blake likes best. I did not see Blake there. I must be too invested emotionally in this relationship cause that makes be mad if he wasn’t.

  2. She looks stunning as ever, and I’m happy she brought this hairstyle back. Also, I love the fact that she performed Baby Don’t Lie, I know many people find it rather bad, but I really like this song.

  3. She is amazing!!! I love Misery, when she does her little sigh it melts my heart lol. I can not wait to see what songs she will perform for the tour. I hope she gets to perform a bit more before the tour to work out all the kinks :p. I can not get enough Gwen <3.

  4. Gwen did good, but I hope these aren’t the musicians for the tour (exception Stephen)

I didn’t like the quality of the music, however Gwen is always great.

I know she’ll never have a no doubt style band on her solo tour, but still… Unhappy with the sound quality, you might as well just play the track.

  5. Omg Gail! When she sang at the end of Luxurious. :’) So good. I remember those webisodes leading up to the first tour and how big of a deal it was to pick the band members.

This was a great performance! I wonder if the tour will be more theatrical like the first two? These performances lately seem more stripped back. I thought it was cool to see Wind It Up like that… It made it super energetic. But yeah I wonder how much theatrics and props will be in the tour.

  6. Gwen had a great band for her two solo tours! Gale is amazing and I love that Gwen would let her star shine in Early Winter, The Real Thing and Luxurious.
