Oh no! Reports are surfacing that Gwen had to pull out of her scheduled live performance last night for the Keep Memory Alive 21st Annual Power of Love Gala held in Las Vegas due to her recently rupturing her eardrum.

Gwen’s manager Irving Azoff confirmed during the event that she had suffered the injury during a flight earlier this week possibly after filming The Voice on Tuesday. People stated that Gwen visited Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles herself and was not admitted to the hospital like some sources are reporting.

President of Keep Memory Alive, Larry Ruvo, announced during last night’s gala that Gwen wouldn’t be performing due to a ruptured eardrum and singer Jennifer Hudson was able to appear in her place. Gwen reportedly filmed a short video for the gala in which she shared, “I am so sorry that I cannot attend tonight, but I wanted to send a message of congratulations to Andre Agassi and my very dear friend Ronald Perelman.”

We wanted to send our love and well wishes to Gwen and hope she makes a quick recovery. We love you, Gwen!

Blake was asked about Gwen prior to filming tonight’s episode of The Voice and he stated that she’s feeling better and it most likely happened due to her traveling with a head cold. He says that she’s “doing good” and is still set to perform on The Voice tomorrow with her artists Hunter Plake and Brennely Brown.

  1. We should send her a card via twitter. I really hope she recovers soon. Ruptured eardrums take 6-8 weeks to heal.
