Flashback Friday: Live with The Pussycat Dolls

It’s Flashback Friday! Today we’re featuring footage of Gwen’s super special appearance with The Pussycat Dolls in early June of 2002. Most fans remember Gwen’s feature on the Rock Steady Live DVD following her to the stage at The Roxy. Though the performances are not included on the DVD, we’ve lucked out having them available on YouTube for us to enjoy! Gwen performed two classic jazz tunes including “Big Spender” and “13 Men”. Her voice sounded fantastic and it seemed like such a unique and cheeky time for Gwen — she seemed to have a blast! Plus she looked so fantastic.

  1. I thought she did Fever too? Maybe I’m thinking of Christina. I loved the Dolls before they went commercial. Gwen looked hot.

  2. Amanda, I had never heard of “Fever” but I wouldn’t doubt it if she did. Those seem to be staples for that show. Whatever happened to them anyway?

  3. Oh wow, loved watching these, I’ve only seen ‘Big Spender’ before and I liked how that section of MTV news gave insight into it all.

  4. i wonder how weird it was for the boys and gwen’s brother to see gwen in that show lol , cause lets face it, it’s a pretty hot and sexy show. 🙂
